I'm not the biggest fan of the color, sort of a bland green, but otherwise it looks pretty good and well-optioned (third seat, power tailgate, power windows and locks, air-conditioning, luggage rack, cruise control).
Yes, if I were to buy it, I'd be tempted to repaint in a more appealing color. Dark blue would go well with the light blue interior.
Looks like he's also into old Fords. I'd like to see the heap next to the wagon, as well as the one in the garage:
Nice dark blue color. The finish might compound nicely on the wagon too but it's a pre-1980 or whatever year close to that when clear coat was widely used. I've burned through the finish and to the primer on my Caprice, mostly near edges on the trunk lid.
Wagons keep popping up in my area for sale but i gotta have WOOD haha lol but seriously i just cant pull the trigger on them. I need to buy what i grew up in, lets hope some more wagons in CT fit the bill soon. My 2 bay prefab garage is almost 100% done and i need a wagon in the next 2 years before my wife takes the extra bay over with girly stuff.
Clams were one of (if not the) last wagons with forward facing third row seats (I'm talking wagons here, not the SUV's, minivans, and crossovers of today). That is a plus in my book.
