Don't know if it is for sale, but thought it worth posting for general interest as I know the '76 Caprice Estate wagon is very popular on our forum. This apparently was spotted parked on the street in December somewhere in Washington state. Anyone heard of this particular website before? Wish there were some way to contact the poster to find out exactly where this Caprice Estate is located. Sharp looking CE, although the visible rust is troubling - apparently that is one of the perils in not garaging in wet Washington state. Still, it looks worth having. :)

I had not heard of the webste, but after 5 minutes there I think it will be filling a lot of my spare time in the near future.

Looks like a decent wagon but that rust around the back window is looking pretty serious.

JWD, the site just features random pics of old vehicles, similar to the Curbside Classics website. There's nothing indicating these vehicles are for sale. - just pictures.

    Hi Mike,

Are you here in the US yet to get your '76 Caprice Estate wagon headed back home? I know the lower southeast US is forecast to have terrible weather (ice/snow) the next several days. We have had a very cold winter!

Best wishes for a safe journey for you and your CE home! :dancing:

Hey John, I leave on Saturday at 6:00 am our time and arrive in Tampa about 6:30 pm Saturday your time. Then I will finally get a chance to see this thing for myself! I was looking at traveling inland even as far north as you but everyone has advised me against because of the weather. I will now look at staying as south as I can through Tallahassee and New Orleans and Austin, although I have been warned about impending snow in Texas as well. Once I am over there I will chase up my thread in general discussions and keep you all posted. Long live the long roof!

    Cheers Mike.

Ditto! And I'm only about 2 hours' drive from you. I wouldn't mind seeing your '76 in person next time I'm in your area.

    Hi Mike,

    Best wishes on your journey!!!!

We are having a very harsh winter here this year in the SE US! Very cold! Interestingly, most snow and ice have been SOUTH of where I am in Nashville!

    That's unusual!!!!!!!!!
