Very weak bidding. If this were the full-size 1976 Buick Estate Wagon clam, there would be a frenzy.

 

I bet it will pick up near the end. Seems to be the case most of the time.

 

Ended at $3900.

 

Don’t understand that. That seemed pretty reasonable for that car.

 

It’s a dealer. They think every wagon is a classic and worth big bucs. Asking $14,500 for this one.

 

I love that they list it as an auction but if you go to their site you can see what they really want

The first time around, bidding got to $3900, which doesn't seem like much. This time, the bidding is already at $4050 with six days to go. My guess is that the seller wants much more than this. We'll see how it ends the second time.

 

It’s a nice wagon. Not sure $14,5 worth, but I would think 7-10 should get you on the dance floor.

 

This looks like a really nice example of the "intermediate" 1976 Buick wagon, but it will never have the appeal of the full-size clamshell.
