Looks more like a $2500 wagon.

What are you talking about? That baby only has 30,000 original miles on it! Didn't you see the shot of the odometer where it says 30,000 miles??

First, I'd like to say I like this color on the car; It's nice. With that said, The car could use a waxing and other cleaning to spiff it up for sale. It doesn't take much money or time to buy some Armor-All Wipes to clean off a dashboard; Look at that dust! And the tires could use a spray-on polish. I'm sure it would be worth it for the sale!

(Going by local prices) - $10 or $12 for a three-pack of Armor-All wipes + $7 for a can of Tire Spray = About $19 with tax. I'm not counting Wax because I'm not sure of the current prices off the top of my head, but it wouldn't exceed $50. However, These older cars (Before some year in the early 1980s, or 1980) have finishes without clear-coats on the top; The paint (colored part) is literally going to come off onto the cloth one is waxing with while waxing, or at least that's what I heard.

Is that a crack in the rear window or a reflection?

    I agree, 101.

With about a weekend's worth of work and a few dollars, the seller could make that Chevy look close to a $4,500 wagon. Just have to put in the effort. Complete detail, and rub out the paint.

As it is now it looks like a car that was just pulled out from a garage and was sitting for 10+ years. I know that's not the case as it had an oil change, but still.

A spit and polish as you mentioned would do wonders but it does not look like a parked for 10 years, just a car that's been driven and not much care given to keeping it's appearance up for maybe the last 5 years daily driven. But yeah, even a simple vacuum, wipe down and car wash would do wonders considering the asking price.

If the owner does not care about the cars appearance he most likely does not take good care of it mechanically...

It is a reflection. Those windows do not crack when they break. They shatter. Only front windshield is laminated on these cars.
