    Last day of school

I took the kids out to Sonic for dinner and ice cream as a last day of school outing!

Nice update photos.:) Our Sonic became an O' Reilies. Sad to see a nearly new building torn down but we do like the O' Reilies. They don't serve ice cream!:disagree:

    New gauges

I finally got rid of the Sunpro 3 (oil/water/volts) gauge that I had installed under the dash on the passenger side and upgraded to this Speedhut dual (oil/water) gauge installed in the clock delete pod on the dash. Speedhut offers some "custom" designs to help match what ya already have.

I also had to change out the RockAuto "Monroe-matic" rear shocks I had installed a while back because they started leaking fluid. I upgraded to the Gabriel Ultras. Seems to be a pretty good ride thus far.

Hey Guys, this past weekend we had our annual "work" car show and the wagon made the TOP TEN.

Another update: I ordered some Halo halogen headlights that I recently installed. The light these put out makes for safer driving at night and the halo's are just cool!

Ya know this whole restoration process has been very satisfying, but getting out there and driving the wagon on nice days is a real treat!

Those are awesome! I will be installing those on a 74 ranchero. After seeing them installed had the family set me up for Christmas (and they came through) :bouncy:

Those look awesome Carlos! I've been looking at some of the other offerings from the same seller. Trying to decide if I want halos or not.

DanR63, would love to see your Ranchero. Are you a member at grantorinosport.org? There are a lot of 72-79 Ranchero owners over there.
