It's a neat car for sure. I kind of dig it. But not for 50 grand. I'm not an Olds aficionado, but to me this seems like a nice 15-20k car. Not 50...
I agree with you, my only issue with it other than the asking price is the after market T-Tops, they seem like a good idea, but almost all of them leaked water and air, and affected the stiffness of the body. The leaks are probably not a big issue on a car that age due to it being a nice day cruiser. But they still bother me. It really depended on the shop and the tech doing the conversion as to how well they work. It was a crap shoot, even the early factory ones are iffy.
Sorry. $90k. No bargain at 50 either. Bet 50 would buy it. The dealer would tell you, you got the sale of the century.
