    1973 Chevrolet Chevelle Laguna Estate

350 V8. If this really is an original Laguna wagon, you'd think the seller would advertise it as such, unless he doesn't know how rare these are.

Very cool car but geeze, for having a freshly rebuilt motor, the engine compartment is a nasty mess.

According to the '73 Chevy wagon brochure, this should have had 'Laguna' script emblems on the fenders - looks like they're missing. Seller apparently doesn't know what he has. (Although there should be some interior 'Laguna' emblems as well, I would think).

I think someone just put a Laguna nose on a reg Chevelle. Where's the dual outside sport mirrors that were on the Laguna?

I don't have the best eyes, but I think if you look closely on the photo showing the passenger side of the car, it MAY say, "Laguna Estate". The emblem on the driverside is missing. Not sure about the mirrors, but if you look at the factory photo of the wagon, it does not even have a mirror on the passenger side either. Apparently mirrors were optional, even on the Laguna wagons. ?

and this one has a chrome driver-side mirror...

However, this '73 Laguna Estate has a color-keyed mirror... perhaps they were optional? This pic was on Bing, I guess the zoomed in on the mans face was someone about to shoot him in a movie? lol.
