Think this was an add on. It looks like he used a tilt column out of a ‘71 LTD. Usually the rim blow horn was in conjunction with cruise. That was a deluxe 2 spoke rim blow wheel. Ford in 1971 did offer a “deluxe 3 spoke rim blow steering wheel “ I don’t think that option was carried forward to 1972. I’ve seen ‘72’s with them, but not sure of correctness. You could probably special order anything you wanted. I just didn’t think this was available in ‘72. It’s a lovely car and with the “74” DSO the car was ordered through the Seattle DSO. Just a bit concerned with condition but at the right price it could be a great car. Like the climate controlled a/c it looks like with the two left hand radio knobs it came with a Stereo. You can see the balance control knob next to the on/off volume switch. Do like the Brougham interior. Just curious why it was made in the twin city’s versus So Cal or even Chicago. Oh well who knows.
