    I often try viewing a roadsign depicting on which road I'm driving on, here in urban centers. Since I don't use gadgets, and many buildings, here, don't bother hanging a number on their fronts, at least painting a street name on the road is brilliant. Unlike in the U.S., Germans like frequently changing road names on the same road, as one travels across town. If it didn't snow here, it would be a good idea to start this practise. I doubt they would want to learn from the Australians, anyway. They're reluctant to learn from all surrounding countries, as it is. Germans can be self-important blockheads, when someone else comes up with an idea. It took them over a decade to allow blinking amber- and green arrows of which the East Germans had always used. You even don't see these used everywhere, yet
