Pricy, even in Canukastan $, better interior pics would be nice also. But offered "never restored(?), and original owners, no mention of drive train but a Canadian model it's Chevy powered........................ To bad all it lists is "outside Victoria" = could be a close drive on my island or somewhere in hick'sville in the interior of BC by the 250 area code. Guess it's to hard to mention where car is located......... https://www.usedvictoria.com/classified-ad/1967-Pontiac-Beaumont_31070672 Few more pics in the listing
Certainly a sharp looking car especially if it is a legit low mileage unrestored example, but come on. Open the doors to take interior pictures.
I really like the Canadian-specific trim on this. And Tedy, if they say, "Outside Victoria', how could that be off the island? Wouldn't they state, "Located on the mainland...", or "located around Vancouver BC...."?
The Used Victoria lets you choose "local" locations and at the last choice is 'Outside Victoria". If outside Vic is chosen it's up to seller of the listing to offer up where exactly the car/item is located. I've responded to many ads over the years to only find out they are deep in the mainland. 604 area code would be a general Vancouver location, 250 is anywhere else in BC. Car could be on the island but you never know and it's not like I have the pocket book for this one so I'll never find out. Kinda similar to us seeing US Craigslist ads from one state to find out seller is actually in another
I like it, but I would be surprised if it had any more engine than a 283 2bbl, could even have a 230 I-6 in it, I like everything but the interior color on this one. But $19,500 USD's is pretty steep, I could see it selling for around $12,000 USD though
There has been shabbier examples for even more money advertised, recently. All he's doing is to keep up. Agreed that it's nothing special and more than likely has a non-OHC six (Was the Pontiac 6 even optioned in Canada?). But, look at that body. If it's really that cherry, he has an advantage point
