My first guess on those wheel covers was a late 80's - early 90's Buick Century. Similar, but not the same. So I think they're aftermarket.
A close-up will confirm that. The initials printed in their centers don't coincide with any American brand. That's a good deal, providing there's no surprise rust somewhere. Plug wires going to the left bank should get tailored down to size, sometime. But, it isn't that urgent to do right away. Funny that the pasted image shows up, only on edit. But, appears as an X, when changes get saved
