    Thanks

Wow! Thanks for all the compliments on the car. Yes, those are chrome fender skirts that I bought for my 1962 Falcon Ranchero, but they also fit this wagon.

I don't know that the car is that rare as they made 1499 of them. Though, it does have deluxe trim, power back window and roof rack. It came from a restoration shop in San Luis Obispo, CA.

I'm thinking of having the roof painted red as well as the space on the tail gate between the two horizontal chrome moldings. Those two areas were a two-tone option. I will have to hunt a picture down that shows one two-toned like a mentioned. I think it would compliment the red and white interior. Good idea?

    Anyway, thanks again!

Pretty car. Personally I like the solid color on this body style rather than a two tone arrangement. Are you sure the two tone option extended to the tailgate? I've never seen any factory photos showing that option.

If we're voting, I'm tossing my opinion in for leaving it as is - it really is a beautiful little wagon. Looks like it just rolled off the assembly line!

Oh, I don't know, Mama. I think, I'd like to spend the night in it, sometime ;)
