Actually the Country Squire is still the original. As for the Colony Park back in 2008 we found some material that matched what was under the trim. The material was from 3M. The trim was restored and hand painted. The resoration thread had some photos with what was done.

Is it the camera angle or is the CP really that much larger than the CS?

It's the angle I think, but here is another shot.

    Is that roof rack original?
Dad had a black 59 Squire, red/white interior, but 352 with some 406 parts thrown in - guess 64 GTO's were missing some HP, as I used to stay with them! [T-85 + 3:89's]
    Always fun at the drive-in!

Yes, the roof rack is original. Sounds like yours was a rocket compared to mine. :)

Nothing says station wagon like Country Squire or Colony Park. They are beyond magnificent.

Actually Mike the Country Squire dash has never been touched. It's all original. The Colony Park is the one that was restored. That rating goes to the guys and gals at Ford who put it together. (y)

    Hey Shelby18,

I'm a new owner of a 1959 Ford Country Squire as well.

    Here is mine.

I was wondering if you happen to have some shots of the rubber seals on the tailgate. The lower portion on mine is leaking as the restorer didn't quite get it right. Do you have picture by chance on what it should look like.

You cars are great and I guess these 59 wagons are pretty rare as I couldn't find very many other owners to ask.

Here are the rest of the images of my car:

Welcome to the madness jz! Your 59 Squire looks awesome! I've heard other members comment that the Black/Red seems to look the best on these Squires and I have to agree.

Member Jairus has a 58 Ranch wagon. He and theRev will be very interested in your wagon also. Jairus is thinking about a brake upgrade on his. I'll go ahead and ask what all you've done with yours?

    Your picture spread is impressive!

    :camera::camera::camera::camera::camera: rated! :Welcome:

    Thanks Mike

I really can't claim a whole lot at this point. I just bought it this way. Was supposed to be dialed in, but I've had a few transmission issues out of the gate that are about resolved. Here is the Ebay listing that outlines everything done to it. http://m.ebay.com/itm/390635872683?actionName=VIDESC
