Wow! From a post by the seller in the comments:

"Just a couple of things to point out that unless you listen to the video or read all the documentation on this car you may not notice at first glance or even know.
    1. This is one of the first 50 Nomads ever built, it was actually built by hand in California for a dealer in NCal. The main reason it has so many extra options, some that were really ahead of their time for 1955, GM built these first cars to display on the dealers showrooms to sell orders for the new model from.
    2. This color combination is extremely rare, but is in fact the original combination. AS you have doubtlessly seen most of this vintage are turquoise on bottom and ivory on top, this car being a one off hand built car was intentionally built white bottom.
    3. The rear handle is brass and is commonly called the “knuckle buster” because it has the chrome ribs beneath the handle. This was changed shortly thereafter to remove the rib to prevent people from hitting their knuckles when the opened and closed the rear. The handles themselves also were eventually changed to chrome vs brass. (That was due to the theft of the brass handles!
    4. NOS Foot operated windshield washer and wiper
    5. Optional top side oil filter
Many more unique options on this car!
As mentioned, this is believed to be the oldest Nomad still in existence ever sold to the public"

    '55 Nomad # 7.

A friend of mine had '57 Nomad #3. He didn't even know it till I pointed it out to him.

Possibly the oldest '57 in existence at the time. Have no idea where it is today.

A lot of nit picking in BAT comments, but it is unique and documented.
