1949 Buick Super Estate Wagon for sale on BaT Auctions - ending February 12 (Lot #65,629) | Bring a Trailer
I had a friend that had a super nice ‘51 Squire that was an original nice New Mexico car. Good wood etc. he sold that car at the height of the woody craze to a guy in Minnesota for over $100,000. Im confident he wouldn’t get that money today. These have really fallen in price/desirability. Agree annap it’s probably generational. I guess we’ll bemoan the fact that our ‘70’s and ‘80’s wagons are bringing a third of what we paid for them some day.
I searched on BAT results for woodie. woodie For Sale - BaT Auctions (bringatrailer.com) good indication of what you say, used to be a real nice one was $100k, no longer.
BID TO $40,000 ON 2/12/22, no sale. as noted above bids to around 40k no sale. years ago might have went for above 75k
