I bought this car. Hopefully going after it this weekend otherwise later next week.

Rolled the dice and hoping it’s a good car and I can resurrect it

Good luck SwannyMotorsports. Know the photos aren't the best but I do not see any obvious rust - just dirt. Please keep us posted if you can.

Yeah, good luck Swanny - I was drawn to this thing because it's a Buick and it's a slick side/slick top combo. I wouldn't mind having it. ...maybe when you're done with it, you can sell it to me! Back in 2003 or so, I worked down in the area of town (ABQ)that had a bunch of wrecking yards, and sometimes for lunch, I'd go out and see what some of em drug in and this one yard that had a lot of new-ish stuff had a '74 Estate Wagon in the corner and I dilly-dallied too long and they stuck a '70 Country Sedan on top of it. Stupid me - I prolly could've gotten it for a song. I also like '69-70 Fords too, so it was double heartbreak. But at least they stuck a car of substance on top of it, and not some crappy Hyundai or Kia.....

well deal fell apart on this one,

but I’ve had around 80 total driver GM wagons.

Of those there has been around 17 Buick Estates.

At one time I had matching 74/75/76 Buick Estates here in maroon.

Pretty sure a very good friend of mine left yesterday to pick it up. But I have not heard back from him. Our weather here in IL shut down my trip
