1. Tells us virtually NOTHING about the wagon. 2. 2 seats in the trailer. Um, that's nice...but they're USELESS. Riding in this type of trailer is ILLEGAL. (Riding in a 5th-wheel type travel trailer IS legal, AFAIK...) 3. Trailer looks unbalanced - too much weight toward the rear. Wouldn't be surprised if it induces back-and-forth sway at highway speed. 4. Trailer is probably pretty heavy, being basically 2/3rds of a station wagon. My take: Interesting for photo ops, but not much else.......
I love it. Never seen anything quite like it. And of course its not legal to use. But a lot of things are illegal that should not be. This thing should definitely be legal.
Oh c'mon Krash, the seller told us everything we need to know: It's a "Very nice Impala wagon" I have to say that the trailer is strange, and while I appreciate the amount of work it took to build it I fear that a perfectly good wagon was sacrificed to build this monstrosity. And, to Marshall's point, there isn't really any sense in having seats in it. Also, I am glad that the seller (who loves this Impala wagon) picked the absolute best setting to take photos of the car. The rain water streaking off of the hood really illustrates just how awesome the previous wax job was.
I've been wanting to build the same thing, but a older wagon would be more my style. It's definitely a novelty!! And more for show then actual use obviously
