    There was a phrase when I was in High School - "beat with an ugly stick". IMO this 74 is the much better looking 73 beat on the nose with that stick.

    One of the ugliest noses on any modern wagon, IMO. Doesn't seem to be any reason for the schnoz extension, as far as I can tell. Don't remember anyone mentioning AMC was considering a V-12 engine option.......

    Nothing wrong with THIS nose........

    Absolutely agree. AMC built some attractive cars.
