    Good point. You might be on to something. Cajun’s or American for ‘Acadians’ were displaced French from English Canada after the English won the war back in the 18th century and booted the French out. They settled in New Orleans. Ottawa being the capital, that guy selling the wagon could be a Cajun up there looking for reparations. The Cajuns have gone after England for reparations before. Maybe with Trudeau they figured he’d be an easy touch. Looks like Cajun ingenuity. Or he could be a Newf. They are good at thinking up stuff too.
