That square spot in the headliner could be from a KFC exec wearing the box upside down!:rofl2:

You can tell this guy knows it'll be an older guy looking to buy it, by the size of the text. :rofl2:

Fine looking car, and the guy vouches for a lot of the details. Nice.

    very nicely done indeed.

the colour itself would make it a rare car(at least to me. I've never seen it before).

67 Firebird same color....WTB Pontiac Wagon

My father and I just got done with a 67 Firebird 400 that is the same color as this wagon. They only made just over 200 Firebirds this color, so I bet the numbers for the wagons painted this color is extremely low. I'm sure this one will go for big money.....more than I can spend!

We have quite a few Pontiacs and I'm looking for a 59 to 69 Pontiac Wagon or 60 Plymouth Wagon. Please email newskooljd@yahoo.com or phone 614-565-9394.

    Thanks,
    Jim

I agree, in the collector Pontiac comunity, Plum Mist and Tiger Gold are the 2 rarest standard colors I know of. The colors alone usually bring more $$$. I have never seen a Wagon in Plum Mist before either.

Wow, that car looks as if it just drove through a time warp. Not many cars age so gracefully. Love the color, too.

I'm sure if it was a less desirable color it would have sold for half that. Maybe less.

Wow...... $16K - about double what I thought it would go for. I really like the '67 Pontiacs, but in this case I'd prefer the non-wood Bonneville over the woodied 'Executive'. Also don't like the plum color. Not a big fan of things in the red spectrum. Car was in nice shape, though.

it went for 16K (or 17.6 K in real Canuck bucks)?

i love the colour. it's always been one of my favourite colours but i think whoever bought it must have been a very brave soul and/or a non comformist.

Remember when this car was made! A man driving a purple car would have been thought decidily odd in the streets of suburbia. :2_thumbs_up_-_anima
