    Seems like a rust free '69 T&C ought to be worth more than the $4795 asking. Of course the flaws in the paint and fading in the woodgrain would tend to decrease the value. Being a movie car (although "W" is not the best known film -- not exactly GWTW) would tend to bring the value up, but, if the plaque is the only "documentation" they have, the fame claim has basically no effect on the value.
