    I had a '71 Impala two door coupe bought with a 400 that didn't run. A Chevy nut gradeschool buddy of mine wanted the mill and offered to drop in a 283 he had laying around, if he could have the 400. I went for it and it was a nice driver. It seemed to be good on gas, even. I made it a point not to be leadfooted with it, just to see how many drops I could squeeze. Oh, by the way, happy Friday the Thirteenth to you all

    It’s Hill Billies. He has a fleet of these. LOL. Most knowledgeable guy on the 71-76 GM’s you will find
