Wow that's a rare one, according to the automotive History site this is one of the rarest production Buicks ever at just 498 examples made. That includes all trim levels.
Jeff, which automotive history site are you referring to? Can you post a link to it? I like reading that stuff. Thanks!
Here is where I read it http://www.curbsideclassic.com/auto...low-volume-production-cars-the-buick-edition/
Even Cavalier (wagons) aren't on every other street anymore. Skyhawks never were. I know a lot of people don't care for them, but I think they did a pretty good job at styling the '80s J body wagons -- seen a 2000/Sunbird wagon with its front end that recalls the '77 Firebird, lately?
I have to agree, styling wise they were and to this day a nice looking wagon to me anyway. Did not know about the 4 banger head gasket problem........... thought from that era of cars the FWD Chrysler K-"K"ar whatever flat out held that proven claim.... Non the less, it's still FWD.. I hated that when I was kid before my first RWD........ True story....... I left my FWD in back of Dad's car. He backed out drove away and........ I got my first RWD the next day! Could barley reach the pedals and flat out head plant crashed all day..... Dam that was a great day!
