    I'm perplexed about why this car's so cheap, considering what the seller says it has in it. The front seats are shot.

    Rebuilt transmission
    New tires
    New radiator, water pump and hoses
    New distributor
    All windows work electric with lock
    New ac compressor clutch and drier
    Runs and drives smooth

    Wait a second, is that mold on the floor or are those stains? You tell me, I think we might know why it's so cheap.

    With all the flood vehicles 'flooding' the market, you're going to have to be very careful on used vehicle purchases for a while at least - particularly in Texas.
    And i have heard rumors that they're starting to ship flood vehicles to other states - even up here in Oregon.

    Still if it was a flood vehicle the price is great for the running gear.

    It's perhaps on par or a bit better than a maroon 96 I saw up here in Monroeville; the owner didn't know he had a rusted out spare tire well, the finish and interior were shot and his "hood latch fix" was to have the latch cable outside the vehicle.

    Good point.

    Yes, if it runs and they didn't try cranking it over with water in the cylinders. I'm not sure what to think of it.
