    I just inquired about it, a 1970 Full Size Pontiac wagon is what I would like to find and this one looks to be in decent shape... I think there's some rust right at the end of the rear wheel well in the pic that's posted... hopefully get a response and some more info on the car...

    There certainly is. Not only there. But, around the window edges. Which could possibly end up to be monumental rot. In the add, he mistakenly says it has 400 h.p.. Pontiac never offered 1 to 1 horsepower:cubic inch stock, in 1970 or most likely any other year. He certainly meant 400 c.i.d..
    Judging from the dull texture, it looks like it's been cheaply re-painted. Back then, it was normal to match the exterior color with that of the interior.
