Other than the blue interior, I am wondering what is wrong with it. $1000 buys very little, especially related to Autos, now days. This could become a great 1st project car for a fella like me. The blue interior is hideous, but swap out the carpet to tan/brown and find a donor interior in a tan leather, change out the steering wheel and the blue that remains on the dash/panels wouldn't be horrible to live with. Put a slight lower in, some wheels to fill the wells (i have my eye on another small wagon those wheels would be nice on) and tint her dark and it would be a bad a$$ driver (assuming mechanical is decent).

Is there is anyone on here that is local enough to confirm this is a legit add and put eyes on her?

I inquired about it and here is the response I received:
"I used it weekends in 2016,covered for winter. Has sat since. Somethings drawing down battery while parked, killed a brand new battery while sitting for 2 days. Will start with jump. Because it's been sitting power steering pump has developed a leak."

Below are the additional photos I was sent.

Nice work. That's some heavy rust. The draw would be a concern. But like I said, were it brown I'd be road tripping big time. Especially for only $1000
