    Looks like a dent to me too, a weird one at that. If it isn't into the woodgrain it shouldn't be too hard to fix but you may end up having to paint half the car to match the paint.

    Not going to be easy. Looks like part of the dent area is under the wood grain..... A good body man might be able to get most of it out, but I suspect that if they don't want to damage the Di-Noc, he'll have to not bring the dent out quite as far as he would like, resulting in a bit thicker Bondo application than usual.
