How about a nice '62? Since a dealer has it, it's not cheap, of course.....and only 4 pics. http://www.universalmusclecars.com/...-yorker-9-passenger-wagon-2538401.cfml#ar_top
Thank you for the time and redirect..yep 62's the plucked chicken as they say...I also laugh at the ad "features decades before their time" I think if you never saw the 60/61s you would appreciate this design more...but honestly though well done it really was a cheap way to get beyond the rapidly dying fin craze. It will be a heroic sale for that ride to go in the low $30s in my opinion. This Desoto prototype by John Samsen who contributed a lot on the ForwardLook forum is still my dream ride though the 60/61 NY T&C's ride close! https://s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com/originals/03/b8/2c/03b82cd32691526467d6acb2ac47160f.jpg
the 62 is in Linthicum MD, not all that far from my northern store, so if someone wants me to look at it for them - let me know. but wow it aint cheap at 40 g's
Thanks MAK for the offer...agree 40g's will not happen. Nice wagon..but again see 62's as half baked designs that work amazingly with 60/61's but like many of the 62 Exner designs instead of being Forwardlook work they were playing catch-up with GM and Ford sadly with patchwork design solutions.
