    I wouldn't call it completely no-option. It does have power locks, cruise control, tilt wheel, and AM-FM stereo. However, it is kind of oddly optioned. Power locks but not power windows. He mentions the power rear window, but wasn't that standard?

    No A/C is the real disappointment. It's hard to believe someone would deliberately order this nice a car without it, and one thing's for sure, it IS a nice car. Downright gorgeous, condition-wise.

    Why so hard to believe? It's still the later 70's and A/C was still considered a high end option/expense for the most part.

    I agree that a lot of Northern cars did not have A/C until the early 80's. It was a lot more common starting around 73, but it was still easy to find no A/C cars till around 85 or so. And yes the Power rear window was standard on all the 77-90 B-body wagons. It makes me feel like a got a deal on my 78, the only thing this car has that I wish mine did was the 400 engine.

    Yep no need, pre global warming!:xmas:

    A/C or no A/C, you just can't help fall in love with this car. I am getting a small soft spot for some of these box wagons lately!
