    And with a $12,500 starting bid, there must have been some paint thinner and other inhalants in that storage unit. He obviously spent way too much time in there.

    Professor why didn't I think of that answer.:rofl2:
    Altho someone does need to pay on that nice garage.
    Prices on used wagons are getting way out of hand.
    Maybe in another 35 years it will be worth that much if he puts it back into storage till then.

    Yeah, I think he is quite a bit optimistic on that. With that starting bid I would be surprised if it gets any bids at all.

    Well yeah the price is clearly :rofl2::rofl2::rofl2:

    Maybe it's just me but I'm not that convinced about the real low miles.... I believe they are LOW but not as low as claimed as of the pics show/tell me there is a bit of ??? to the claims of 7 ish" K Miles......

    I'll believe the car was taken of but pics in the ebay ad lead me to be suspect there is more to the story............

    And as mentioned, the price!:rofl2::rofl2::rofl2:

    I might buy the miles, but who knows. Without a personal inspection it would be impossible to say. The carpet looks a little dirty, but that could just be the pictures. The engine bay looks clean.

    I'd be a little suspect of the Meineke inspection that lists the engine as a 5.0 305. Not only does that not look like a Chevy v8, but there are also those darn 4.3 Litre emblems on the side. What engine is that? The Pontiac 265?

    I had a 1980 Chevy Malibu V-6 3-speed, 229cubes. I'd forget it wasn't a V-8. Ran decent. And at a year old I only paid around $3000 for it.
    Of course it wasn't in storage or in a barn.

    It's a Pontiac 4.9 liter V8. One of the optional engines in that body style that year. The car is legit, only question is what the value is.

    PS: Someone with a can of chevy orange painted the engine. Proper color would be that light baby blue GM used on all engines of that vintage.

    Bidding up to $12.5.

    You can see the blue on the water neck. Looks like the blue has worn through on part of the oil pan. Why would someone repaint the engine (valve covers and oil pan), on such a low mileage vehicle?

    The fender badges say 4.3 Litre so I am assuming it is actually the Pontiac 265 and not the 301.

    All three bids from the same 0 feedback bidder. Totally bogus.
