    What does this mean?

"DEALS WILL BE APPROVED AND GURANTEED PRIOR TO VISIT! ANYONE WHO COMES TO US WILL TAKE THE CAR HOME!"

They're just being optimistic and assuming that, because their cars and prices are so good, anyone who comes to look at one will most certainly buy it?

Or are they saying that you can't see the car until you've agreed to buy it?

It sounds like what we call a buy here pay here lot. They cater to folks who are having financial issues and will pre approve you before coming down. Most cars from these places are not in the best of shape.

Purple paint, white jambs and blue leather.....sounds like all it needs is a great big ole Skittles sticker and some 26" rims. :rednose:

Son was a mechanic at a place similar to that. He said whatever the down payment is was what they paid for it at auction. A win-win situation since most of them got repossessed several times.
The place he worked son quit because of how they dealed with repairs.
Where he worked so many were upset that mysteriously every car on the lot had broken windows and four flat tires. Treat them right and they'll come back. :biglaugh:

Not saying they all are that way.

Stripped all the woodgrain off it, did a little prep and shot the outside purple, on what was a white car with woodgrain. Too bad.

Eh, the exterior doesn't look so bad to me; I actually like it a bit. It would be nicer if the interior matched, though. IMO.

I love the interior, for what you can see of it. Would loved to have seen as many interior shots as they did the exterior. I like the look of solid color with the chrome trim without the wood grain. Still too reddish for me though. We need to see the underside as well. You can paint eggs but only you know if the egg is fresh or rotten. I would love to think this one is pristine through and through.

I don't mind the color or the lack of the woodgrain, but the jambs NEED to be that color!

I agree, may not be a color I would have painted it but if they would have done the jambs it would be a lot easier to live with. I've owned more than one used car I wasn't crazy over the color but everything matched and I was fine with them.

I'm guessing you have to blame the exterior paint job (and not painting the jambs) on a prior owner. Don't know any car dealer who would do a cheap color change like that to sell the car. Doesn't make good economic sense. I can blame the dealer on buying the thing in the first place.....or maybe he took it in on a trade-in. Most likely.

Sorry guys....I think some dummy ruined this one. The original white/blue combo on this car is very classy and shouldn't be messed with. If you want to paint something purple go buy a Ford Aspire or maybe a Suzuki since they are already the right size for a clown car.
