    Me thinks this guy is pulling our leg....$650.00 is like scrap price. Almost as good as that guy that was on here saying he got a free, rustfree Buick Caballero given to him.......

    Sorry guys.. I saw the CL ad yesterday morning and posted the link..
    Then I contacted the seller and was making arrangements to take the 4 hour round trip to go get it, so I removed the link figuring I'd make a "look what I scored" post when I got back..

    Well, things didn't work out as planned as the seller suddenly had another buyer who was local and he'd let me know later in the day if the car was still available.. The local guy bought it..

    It was an original paint car from California.. Still had the blue plates on it. Silver exterior over nice red interior, 350 4bbl, posi rear, AC but no 3rd seat and no power options.
    Car was on the road, running / driving and all that. 125K on it.. It was a good looking car and an absolute steal at $650.

    Hey guys, just keep looking and trying. The Caballero deal worked out great thanks to that moparandfomoco guy. Maybe the next "too good to be true" deal will work out for another member.
    In the meantime keep the elevator music playing.(y)
