    The mold on the steering wheel is of great concern. Funny how the tan carpet turned green over time. It's like the maroon plastics on 70s GM vehicles turning pinkish purple.

    Well, if that's mold, it's ALL-OVER the Dashboard as well:idea:
    Not usually a good sign.......

    I do not see any pics of the steering wheel.

    What does the mold mean? I hear a lot of people say that the car is basically junk if there is even a sign of mold inside and trying to figure out why. I guess worst case scenario is to put in a new interior?

    I used to have an old car that had some mold in it and I just used some soap and water and cleaned up the interior. After regular driving it never returned. I think some of these old cars just collect interior moisture, especially if closed up and not driven much. Window seal leaks are common on most of them.

    I would probably give them a $1000 for this one. If it was a little closer I would already own it.
