Are my eyes deceiving me, or is it also missing A/C? It looks like the A/C hardware under the hood is not there, from that I can tell. I see no A/C compressor and looks like I see the vent pull handles (which we see on the non a/c models). :(

Possible no a/c based on the engine bay photo, but the written description does say it has a/c, and it also has tinted glass, which was rare without factory a/c.

That is a great color with the woodgrain, and not a color we see very often on a wagon. With the chrome and the road wheels and the great condition, it makes for a very eye-catching car.

Your eyes are not deceiving you. There's no AC compressor. It's an exceptional car, but the lack of AC would keep some buyers from bidding. However, I think, for a true car collector, it wouldn't be an issue.

Here's the engine from the green car.

And here's the engine from the orange car.

At the bottom of his ebay listing, he added a disclaimer apologizing for his mistake and that it does not have air conditioning.
What a gorgeous wagon and incredibly low miles. Wow.

Yeah I had emailed about it and he said he was sorry and it does not have A/C, which we seemed to have already knew, but I was wondering if anyone else had noticed. :)

Yes, sure is a beauty, a shame no A/C. It reminds me of that other '73 Estate Wagon in Canada, even the same color as this with everything but A/C.

It would certainly be a hassle, but I bet that you could find the (used) factory A/C parts and retrofit it.

I'm now wondering if this is, in fact, the same car that was for sale in Canada back in December. Optioned exactly the same (loaded except for a/c and power tailgate) and the very same color with equally low miles. The pic no longer shows up from the previous thread, but I'm thinking it's probably the same wagon - odds are astronomical that two that similar still exist 40 years later.

It could be the same car - I wondered that as well. Maybe they detailed it up a bit.
