    Anything after 1975 requires a SMOG check in CA.

    I forgot. In Maryland it's after '76, but if you register it as an "Historic" vehicle, no emissions inspection is required.

    Here in Ontario, it is 87 and older are exempt unless running historic plates, which means over 25 years old. If you want to use an 88 or newer regularly, emissions test every 2 years. This is a wagon I would love, and the price is great. I just have no way to get it!

    It's in California. Probably will not pass smog, As 1976 and newer cars have Bi-Annual inspection here.:cry:

    I wonder how much shipping would cost to get it to NJ. Does anybody live close to where this car is and could check it out? Even with 142K, this looks like a very good deal. I have no idea where I'd put it, but it looks in great shape from the pics.

    'Winnetka' is out in the San Fernando Valley, basically the community of Reseda (still part of the city of LA) My folks used to live there from the early 80's to early 90's. Figure $1,300 (or more) to ship it to you.
