Looks nice too. But white just doesn't do it....Especially at that price.
I'd think a dealer would detail these more.

I would drive the heck out of that car. Way too rich for me though.

I am not a huge Mopar fan, but I have always loved these 1965 Chrysler wagons! The interior and exterior styling is really nice!

Beautiful wagon, except for the paint looking a bit tired. Interior looks fantastic. Ad doesn't mention the engine. 383 was standard, 440 optional.

I believe the 413 was still the top engine for '65? 440's showed up the following year if I'm not mistaken. A Mopar expert can confirm I'm sure.

Yup, you are correct I'm sure, Mike. I was going from a '66 brochure I looked up. My source site didn't have a '65 brochure. I forgot about the 413........

Well equipped, beautiful condition. IMHO the price is very good for what it is, considering what other, lesser, wagons have gone for.

Beautiful Chrysler; the fender skirts always made them look so luxurious and elegant. I'll bet there's not a whole lot of these left as I'm sure there weren't a whole lot made.

This car has rear-end damage. Check the photos below. The right upper edge of the rear bumper is bent down at an angle. Compare it to the left side.

Now look at the back end as a whole. The entire thing is off. The right side is higher than the left side, and you can see this from the difference in the gaps between the top edges of the bumper where it meets the body on each side.

The bottom line is, this car has uncorrected collision damage and is not worth anything like the $15K they want for it. You would want to have this thoroughly inspected before buying it any price.

I blew up the pics and took a look. Appears that the right bumper end got snagged by something and that 'levered' the end, pulling it out a bit and rotating the end upward. Also looks like the lower right quarter panel is pushed in a bit at the bumper, more than likely from the same low object. I suspect this was a fixed obstruction and not another vehicle. As collision damage goes, not a big deal.......

Maybe, maybe not. I don't necessarily agree that the amount of damage you describe is minor.

The real point is that, for a $15,000 station wagon, there should be no damage.

Looking at it again, I can't help but question the luggage rack. I don't think the factory rack looked anything like that; it almost looks like it was put on there for a livery type set up. Anybody know if it's correct?
I googled 65 Chrysler wagon and couldn't find an image, but I did run across this very interesting you tube video. Take a look. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N1AdWS3JaQ8
