It certainly LOOKS fairly innocent, except for the size of those rear tires, and I'm guessing it sits higher in the rear. No doubt it would be fun to drive, and surprise those BMW drivers that always want to zip around my old cars.

A 470 from a 318 is a tall order. It even looks like a big block from the outside.
For that price, you even get the hood hinges and springs painted white:)

It is a big block. He's not saying the 318 was turned into a 470......
The wedge motor probably started out as a 413 cu in. version..

The engine in it is a stroked 400 big block Chrysler. The car originally had a Poly-head A318 engine. No relation whatsoever.

    I want. Bad.

28000 miles?! Wow. That's amazing. What a sleeper; who would think that factory stock looking original would have that kind of engine and performance? A fun car, for sure.

I've seen a few of these 'sleeper' Dodge and Plymouth wagons advertised, and every one of them has been in the $20k range (or more) Based on that, this one is a terrific bargain. As to the location, it's in the city of Cypress, which is actually in northwest Orange County, bordering L.A. county (near Long Beach).
