Interior and exterior are decent yet what happened under the hood?
Stored in a very damp unheated barn or used as a boat anchor then reinstalled?

If you look at the speedo, you can clearly tell the number don't align. IMO it's a taken care of 107K car

With it being an Ontario car, you have a to get a Used Vehicle Information Package, this lists previous owners and mileage etc.
With that you could get a better idea of the true mileage. Every year you renew your plates you must include the current mileage on the vehicle.

107k kilometers is only about 67K miles. So even if it's 207k km and it's turned over twice, that's still 134K miles and still very low for a 34 year old car.

Can you imagine if a 1979 model car had been driven 12K a year for the last 34 years? It would be over 400K miles by now...and have plenty more than 640K in kilometers!!!
