Wow, that is one cool car!
Wonder where the bidding will end up...

I'm guessing it will approach $30k.

Beautiful wagon! Great colors, cleaned up very nice. Bummer about the engine being seized. I'm curious as to what the reserve is on this one. It shouldn't be that high, considering the seller has put very little money into it.

This is the most amazing and detailed add I have ever seen. Honest and detailed. A wagon anyone would be proud to own. But still a lot of money to get it back mint. Personally if I had it I would get the engine running and detail it. Nothing more.
I'll bet it was disappointing that the engine is seized.

For those that don't realize it, note that this is the 'standard' Fiesta wagon, with a regular 'sedan' center post. This is not a 4-door HARDTOP wagon.

That's part of what I found interesting, although I like the four door hardtop version more.

And comparing it to a Nomad, and Safari, which are 2-dr wagons, is wrong!
"371 T-400 jetaway" makes me think he should cut down on coffee!

Is it me, or does it seem the green cars survive?

Brings back memories. My 57 Olds vert had the same color green interior and trim. I'm with Cat...Get the engine and tranny operating properly and then leave it alone and drive it! :yup:
BTW...there are other cars in that barn I would love to have, too! Why can't I find a barn full of old cars like that???

    Saf....Mr Green wagon:lolup:

I to this day swear it's the colour as to why "green" cars survive, and I'm not talking about paint quality. My teen years nobody wanted anything green, people would take a rust bucket in any other coulour for the same price but would walk away from green in mint shape. Even my first car, a green 67 Cougar bace model for $550 in amazing shape I got teased because it was green. Looked at many other in different colours that were 1/2 trashed but my friends only saw the colour and it's got mags who cares about the rest.

This wagon is OMG stunning IMO a true :bowdown::bowdown:.... thank god it was green:rednose:

When I think about cars like this one I'm always thinking that, for that kind of money, I want a car that numbers match, etc. The thing about this car is that we don't know if the engine is really any good. Probably is but, what if it's not? What if it's shot...beyond repair? Now, you have to put an engine in that was not born with the car. Do you really want to spend $20,000 or more on a car that isn't original? If I want to beef a car up and build a hot engine for it then I don't want to spend a lot on the car. I will spend it on the engine, tranny etc. If the engine in this car was running I would sure like it better. A car like this one I would want to keep original with all numbers matching. Then it would be worth the money.
