Looks pretty good. And price seems pretty good for an LT1 RMW.

Love the blue wood delete - just like my 94.

Not sure about the tan interior. I think mine looks better (blue).

I guess it hinges on the rust factor. Owner says he drove it down from Indiana.

Is the outer roof rail area painted a lighter blue, or am I seeing a odd reflection?

    Sure looks that way??
Maybe it was a taxi-cab or something?:)

That's more like TBI car money.

I didn't notice that, but it sure does look like a different color along the rail.

I might need to check this one out.

Something is telling me to check the under side of this one very carefully. I'm not sure why, or what, but something tells me there are a lot of issues under that paint.

Just talked with the owner - he says tutone was a factory option?
    Believe it?

He also said it has no rust. I might try to look at this next week. It's about 3.5 hrs away, but might be worth a trip.

It seems like a pretty good deal, but the two-tone thing has got me wondering?

Was it a cab? Airport taxi? I think I'll try to get the VIN so I can get a carfax.

In the meantime, has anyone ever seen a two-tone roadmaster?

That lower accent paint is only an option for the sedans, RPO code D84.
Need the RPO code off that car to know for sure if that's original.
GM did have RPO codes for different color painted tops so who knows?
If you could get car's the VIN to look up what options it came with on Comp-9 or get a pic of the RPO sticker you could find out pretty quick if it's factory.
I've never seen it but it could just be a rarely ordered option.
They should of offered vinyl tops as an option for the whale wagons.
My white OCC would look just like Shamu with a black vinyl top.:D

This is the first two tone rmw that I have ever seen. I like it.

Got the VIN but I'm having trouble with comp-9. I know I've used it before, but now when it says it's sent a email with a code to activate, I get no email.

If anyone has access to comp-nine the vin is 1G4BR82P2TR412830.

Just trying to find out if there is a code on there for two-tone paint.

    Thanks

If that was factory, the upper tailgate interior frame would be the lighter color - not all dark.
    Maybe done by the dealer?

Well....that's a pretty strange tutone. You mean to tell me that the factory just painted those two rails another color and called it good??
