Agreed about needing better pictures, especially the tailgate. It looks like grey primer around the control for the tail gate window. What we can see looks good, and most importantly, the sides look true and straight. These fuselage wagons really show damage down the sides. That seemingly simple curve is actually a very subtle compound curve that is a bugger to get right when repairing it, and this one looks as good as any I've ever seen. Could be a really great buy.
Looks like the right side has been painted, too. Or maybe just polished. Does look like a straight car but I hate these kinds of selective pix. And only two?
Looks like a lifelong California-registered car, judging from the fact it's a '69 combined with the YHU tag prefix. That fits right in line for when that plate was issued. If it spent its life in the Fresno area, chances are this is about as a rust-free example as you are going to run across. Looking at what I can of the wheels, they are either aftermarket or the 15" chrome Road Wheels, but it's impossible to verify with the crappy pics in the CL ad.
69 plymouth wagon Nice car, But the luggage/roof rack is Totally not factory and looks odd on a Chrysler product. It might be a Ford rack ????
A guy could throw the SAAB wagon listed elsewhere (it's in Fresno, too!) in the back for a spare back-up car!
