Very curious what this one's gonna go for. Should be a fair indicator of what mine will do. Though, I see I have the stock radio and he doesn't, and my Di-Noc is in much better condition.
Does that stereo head unit say "Sherwood"? At first, I was going to make a crack about Kraco stereo's but now that I see it's a Sherwood, I'll just keep my trap shut. That stereo alone is worth the starting bid! (wink, wink)
This one has been re-listed on eBay. I'm a little bit surprised that there hasn't been more interest in this car. Only one bid so far, and only one bid on the previous listing. Seems like a car that should generate a bit more interest? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1971...ire-Wagon-/271096577406?forcev4exp=true#v4-41
Seems like an attractive wagon but for the price I'd want hidden headlights. I have a question about the side wood trim which I believe is fiberglass. How does it get restored? Do you just repaint it or is there another technique? Chris
You couldn't get retractable (actually doors over the headlamps) headlamps on the '71 - '74 big Fords. They came back in '75.
