Yeah but I learned a lot from it. Power seat and that solid base means a power bench with a split back. 455-4bbl-400 is a strong combination. I don't see rust above the windshield or down the passenger A-pillar. The leading edge of the hood is dingy, but looks solid. Bumper isn't tweaked in front.

However the Coors Light can on the back floor is worth a hundred and twenty slurred angry words and ahm surpised it done made it this far in l-l-l-l-life as it is, you &*#$@, 'cause yuuuo didn't help one danged bit, you sufferin' $&%@ with that #*@&%ing face, get outta my face I hate yyuuooor guts...

One thing about it is that you can get your money's worth out of it. $1200 with a running 455... In our lifetime we will see a time when an old rusty big block will bring that much.

I would LOVE to have this! I have been wanting an early 70s Buick Estate with woodgrain for a very long time. No money now though and too far away. :( If I could sell my Cadillac or Lincoln fast enough. ;)

Its for sale at a dangerously low price if you know what I mean. I would hate to see it get cracked up.

I would still be interested in seeing more photos of it.

Hey Krash, yeah go buy this one for me and have it transported to northeast Tennessee. :D

Seriously, I would love to get my hands on this one. I would probably sell my 72 Kingswood Estate if I could get this Buick. Why can I never find cars like this locally? :slap:

I actually "texted" the owner yesterday (had to send a text twice to get a reply) and he/she said they were not at home and would send them later that evening... that was about 27 hours ago... still waiting for them to email me the pics.

    Strange.

    Yeah,
Definitely need more photos. But you can see the Wood grain is shot!
And the seats look like someone opened a bag of flour and tossed it on them.
Nice price tho. And I'd hate to see it in a Derby!

Yeah, I cant afford it right now, nor any room for it and its so far away, but I would still like to see the pics. Shipping from there to Tennessee would be a FORTUNE as well. :(

Yeah, that price is "dangerously" low. A derbier would swipe that one up in a minute and not even blink before crashing it up. :(

Shame that people that love these cars and would drive them cant get them.

Otis Campbell may still be busy on his shift as a glue dipper at the furniture factory, obviously, he's the one with the camera.

There's not much in the way of demolition derbies in this area, so I wouldn't be worried about that happening.

lol.. yeah - well I messaged the seller again today and he/she finally sent the pics to my email. I didnt get them until I got home and he sent me 77 pics of the car!! I asked for pics, I got pics! LOL! I am going to post them to photobucket here in a little while. I am super tired now and need to take a nap. lol.

I will say the car is not as nice as I had invisioned, but I am sure its worth the price to someone local, but shipping would take it way up there. In the text he said the car needed a "smog" pump, which is not necessary in many areas and will not effect the running of the car and said it had a gas tank leak.

The car has power windows, power seat, power gate, tilt wheel, etc. Interestingly, the car has the standard plastic 2-spoke steering wheel, rather than the custom-cushioned 3-spoke wheel.

The interior looks good, but the drive seat is worn out. The windshield is cracked pretty good, has a big rust hole in the spare tire and a good deal of rust around the cargo area windows - basically its rusty in the areas these commonly rust (in moist/humid/rainy climates). Looks like it has came from the rainy part of Oregon.

OK, OK, dont want to leave minds inquiring, so here are a couple of pics. I will sort and post more later. (If anyone is interested that is. lol)

I was going to post more, but as usual, photobucket has locked up on me. Ugh. Anyone know of a better site that is free for uploading photos to?
