Have not seen a Cressida wagon in a very long time. http://seattle.craigslist.org/est/cto/3240865196.html
That's a cool ride! He's priced it "Firm" - people want to feel like they've gotten a "deal" and will try to get him/her to lower the price, even if it's a $100 less than posted - makes them feel like they've "won" the negotiation. I don't know what the market is for this particular wagon but I think he's got it priced high. But, it's a gut check - what will the market bear?
At a minimum, it'll need the A/C repaired and new front springs (cutting coil springs is not a good idea). The asking price is too high.
Its hard to make a judgment about the price as we really can't see what kind of condition it is REALLY in. Every grungy old car looks better photographed at twilight. No interior shots. Wheels in photo are not on the car now.
Supra in disguise, with wood paneling. Somehow, I like it, and lowering the front properly is no big deal, since there are lowering kits for the Supra readily available. This could really be a fun one to own. Agree, though, the price does seem high at first glance. Then again, rarity does have its value, and I bet there weren't many with the wood grain siding.
