These are my current list of bookmarks on Craigslist...

1977 Oldsmobile Vista Cruiser, silver, gray or cream interior, looks like it has red seat covers, needs a radiator, 77-79 Impala hubcaps, $1200 cash in McKinney

1988 Chevrolet Celebrity 3-seat wagon, silver, cheap, runs/drives, seller has $975 in the price but in the description says twelve-fiddy, Seagoville which is 20min southeast of Dallas.

1993 Chevrolet Caprice (Capreese he says?) Classic wagon, green and gray, very rough, body damage, SS pickup wheels mixed with steelies, this is a pile IMO and I am not sure why I bookmarked it, oh yeah so I could cut a hole in the roof, paint it olive drab, and make it into a tank like this sedan:

Anyway, here's the link and pic for this $1000 beater in Fort Worth:

1993 Chevrolet Caprice Wagon, light blue, looks pretty nice but seller states it needs interior work, and for $2000 I hope it's nothing major...

I'm sure there's more but that's all I have for now. If I could, I'd get the light blue Caprice. Just called about it and the AC is NOT cold and the interior, well, the seats are worn, the carpet is junk, the headliner is shot, and the door panels are falling apart. For $2000 no, but it might be OK for $1000-$1200 IMO. He's "willing to cut a deal, he don't wanna put any money into it 'cause the old lady don't want me to no more" and that says to me that he will take a loss.

I swear, Mike (81x11) and his buddy Laird have the only decent, clean vehicles in all of Texas........
(at least it seems that way....)
