Not that anyone would be interested, but I thought the price was kind of "out there".

    Am I missing something here?

The car is listed on CL in New York, but the vehicle is located in Oregon.

Prineville's within easy driving distance for me, if anyone's interested...

Going over that way for work (Redmond, Bend, Prineville area off hwy 97) I see quite a few interesting vehicles......high desert climate keeps them in pretty good shape, too.

Another aspect is that everybody seems to think their stuff is worth lotsa moola. There's a 'classic car' lot right on 97 north of Redmond that's had mostly the same cars for sale as long as I've been going over there (2 1/2 years).

I love seeing all these cars that have pics of the motors with no air cleaners on them. You know damn well they run them that way, there doesn't even look like there is a stud sticking out of the carb, NO THANKS! $1000-1500 hoopty here, just like the Vista we been discussing.

AND.... Is that a bungee strap I see going from the core support to the throttle linkage? :slap:

I was confused that he was posting that in NY with an OR number.
Maybe he's lost geographically as well
I put him in the category of "what are you thinking"
