If I was in management at Mercury, I would have refused the order for this 'special' paint. Horrible! - and I like the color orange.........

If he is a family bear it just mite be:rofl2:

I have a suspition ...this car needs more pics, info......why didn't this "Marti Report" get posted? Theres alot of dings on the car and the passenger front fender is missing the wood trim, fender bender maybe?

It's a full repaint at some point in time, look at the lower left corner of the door
    [IMG]

I don't intend to sound like I'm totally slamming the car, DAM thats a nice interiour and it may be a true honest car but I also own a origonal owner who was 92 years old, my Gutless Crewzer witch was comlete origonal except for 3/4 of the wood on the paseneger side. And I know what and why.

Alot of claims, but no posted proof.....I wish I had thought about getting a pic with the lady I got the car from but that was before I joined, and learned from ....you, the pros

PS....I think the hub caps are like bad mag wheels......they can do so much to make a good car look like:vomito:

The hubcaps would look better if they didn't paint the center.

    Not that it looks good.

Well.....in looking at the exterior of this car,,,,,,,I can see why it would be a 1 of 1.:yup:
All it needs to complete the look is a Jack-O-Lantern as a hood ornament.

What's the deal on the asking price? $6,947? Why so precise a number? Is that firm, or would he take $6,946.50?

I do like the color, though. Maybe I wouldn't have wanted that color back in the day when this would be my daily driver. But as a collector car now? Why not?

Hey, BB.....it's called SNOW!:D Look out your window.:49:
Cruel? Nah...just my opinion. But.....I swear.....every time I look at this car I honestly expect to see a jack-o-lantern face on those hub caps.:yup: And I don't like the color with the wood grain.
    Nice interior, though.

row, row, row, your boat. now that's what i call a boat.
even the colors reminds me of some off shore boat colors of the 70's
it took a brave fool to order that color.
