No phone or email offers. So....is he going to roll you when you get there with a pocket full of money?? It isn't just this guy but I will tell you what I do not like....I do not like a seller that tells me how I have to buy the car.
Maybe he ought to take it to the B-J auction and try to sell it. I do believe the wheels were an option. I'll have to go over my Vega literature to find out (I used to have Vega's).
I also think the wheels were an option, I kinda remember them and whem a googled the vega sveral had them.

It's to weed out the lowballers. People who email and phone you with ridiculously low offers. I would assume if you were from out of state and serious about the purchase he would negotiate over the phone.
I'm not entirely sure those wheels are original I'm thinkin' maybe they came off a Monza of that vintage maybe....
