This looks like the 67 that Freek found.......I like it. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/e...0624899781&viewitem=&sspagename=STRK:MEWAX:IT
That does look good, but man youd have to be sure all the parts are there. The sellers coment on... quote.. "I will try to find all that is needed" What does that mean? Do you really have the parts or what? Nice wagon from what you can see, but this one IMO needs a way better discription and alot more pics of the stripped shell. And my Own pet Peave....F*** **F with reserve BS, put a buy it now price cause is'nt that a sellers reserve anyway?. The reserve may be fair or it may be so barret stupid jackson we'll see this wagon on ebay for months.
I agree with all of the above, Tedy. I wrote and said as much to the seller. You don't know what you are getting for how much??
"Reserve set way low..." and yet with a current high bid of $1,136 the reserve is still not met. It's a project car -not complete. I think it's not worth much more than what's already bid.
I agree, KK. Unless one of those engines is for this car. Even so.....I emailed the seller....he wrote back to call him. Bye-Byeeee......
I agree, if a seller answers you via email and things are not what they seam when/if you go for the car, you have a paper(email) trail to back you up.
Yeah...there's that, Tedy. But...when a seller writes a lousy ad like he did and is still too lazy to answer a few questions for clarification and wants me to call him long distance on my dime....well.....sell it to someone else. If he can with that ad.
I hear you, you had to read that ad a couple times to indeerstands it. I completely understood what you ment in your last post about ...> no email answer just phone me on your dime < Yup, forget it!
Thats a weak add. I know a guy that has a bunch of these wagons for sale in various states of restore.
The main attraction on these is that theyre simple and reliable. As a 'project', it's neither. I can think of lots better ways to invest $2G in a wagon......
Yeah!! A buillding full of them over in Pa. and another place full of parts. He goes to Sweden once a year and brings back a couple of cars.they all are for sale pm me for more info! Yeah a project for 2k is alot. I bought ours for 3k...full of extra pieces and running/driving!!!!
