The asking price is not bad. Usually, when someone know thay have something rare, it can be in the worst condition, and they want a fortune for it. This is quite reasonable. With A/C! That has to be "Super" rare! :2_thumbs_up_-_anima

I think that's a very good price. The Fiestas and Cabellaros are rapidly increasing in value because, not only of their rarity, but the beautiful hardtop styling of them. I remember last year at Carlisle some guy had a terribly beat up one, (almost a donor car, really), that he was asking $13K for. Granted, that's what he was asking, not sold it for, but nevertheless, $1500 sounds pretty cheap.

The NO Title part might be an issue for shipping this out of the USA, but not sure of that.

It is a complete car which is always tough to find. But this is a major domo restoration - someone with a lot more life left than me is going to be the right person to undertake it.

We know where there is another one, near our old home town, in better shape but still needs to be restored, and another nearby that would make a great parts car for it, but every time I think I want another fifties wagon several come to mind. A 55 or 56 Safari, a 55 or 56 Merc wagon, a 58 Ford wagon, (are you seeing a trend there?), or a 55 Bel Air hdtp, a 58 Edsel Bermuda wagon, a 57 Nomad, or a 51 or 52 Bel Air hdtp, or a '57 Olds hdtp. Or, all of the above (y) I like the '53 and 54 Ford wagons but with my buddy already owning one I'll leave that to him. His is gorgeous and mine would always look like its poor sister no matter what I did to it.

Always wanted one of these. I had a 57 Olds Super 88 convert and loved it. They are nice cars and have a little snort to boot. If I was younger I would be interested in this car. If it wasn't blue.:D
